Eligibility:
This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and have a valid passport. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of the sponsor are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

How to Enter:
To enter, scan the QR code at AppVault’s RecFest USA booth (Booth RF44) and complete the entry form during the giveaway period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
For one (1) additional entry, sign up for a demo. Limit one (1) base entry per person. Multiple entries by the same individual will be disqualified.
Entry Period:
Entries will be accepted from October 15, 2025 at 9:00 AM EST until October 17, 2025 at 6pm EST. Entries received after the entry period will not be considered.
Prize:
The prize is a travel package to Ireland, including round-trip airfare for 1 and four (4) nights of hotel accommodations in Killarney (approximate retail value $4,000). The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions are allowed, except at the sponsor’s discretion, who reserves the right to substitute the prize (or any portion thereof) with one of equal or greater value if it becomes unavailable for any reason. All travel arrangements must be made through the Sponsor. Travel during September 2027 is not permitted. Travel dates are subject to availability and blackout periods may apply. The winner is solely responsible for all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to meals, ground transportation, travel insurance, personal expenses, incidentals, gratuities, and any required travel documents (e.g., valid passport).
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The total number of eligible entries received will determine the odds of winning. The drawing will be conducted by the sponsor, AppVault, on October 20th.
Notification:
The winner will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form on October 20th. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days, an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions:
Participation in the giveaway constitutes acceptance of these official rules. The sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway. The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
